Mobile phones have been an essential part of our lives since early 90’s. In earlier days it was primarily made for making and receiving calls remotely. As the time passes, many advancements were introduced as the demand of more and more features increased. From paging and texting to the camera integration and internet usage, mobile phones evolution kept on going, still in progress and will be in progress of evolution forever.

Today we see mobile phones with capabilities of handling literally all tasks that a normal home computer can do. But how this all started is something that very few us are interested to know. The infograph below shows how the advancements were made in mobile phones with the passage of time.
